2. Order & Transaction Rules


  1. When you place an order, you confirm that all information (name, address, contact information) you provide is true, accurate and complete.
  2. After order submission, please complete payment within the specified time. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel orders in special circumstances, including but not limited to out-of-stock goods, price errors, system failures. We will notify you by email in advance.
  4. All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price is subject to the amount displayed on the order page.

3. Payment Terms


  1. We support multiple payment methods. All transactions are settled in the currency displayed on the website.
  2. Once the payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be modified arbitrarily.
  3. We will not store your complete payment card information to protect your fund security.

4. Product Description & Disclaimer


  1. All sizes, colors and pictures of products are for reference only. Due to shooting light, display differences, slight color deviation is normal and not regarded as product defects.
  2. Jade is a natural mineral material. Natural lines, inclusions, slight texture differences are inherent characteristics of raw materials, which are not quality problems.
  3. We try our best to ensure product quality, but we do not promise that the product will 100% match your subjective imagination.

5. Intellectual Property


  1. All texts, pictures, logos, designs and videos on this website are protected by intellectual property rights.
  2. Without our written permission, no individual or organization may copy, distribute, edit or use the content for commercial purposes.

6. Privacy Protection


Your personal information will be used only for order processing, delivery and after-sales service. We will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability


  1. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect address, wrong contact information, or failure to receive packages due to personal reasons.
  2. We are not liable for network failures, third-party payment system failures, logistics delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes, customs inspection).
  3. The maximum compensation we undertake shall not exceed the actual payment amount of your order.

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China（Law of HK）, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded from application to these Terms.
