Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Period


You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your package. Requests beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions


  • All returned products must be in brand-new condition, with original boxes, accessories and labels attached.
  • Jewelry, jade and personalized customized products cannot be returned or exchanged after being worn.
  • Products damaged by improper use, artificial scratch or self-modification are excluded from return service.

3. Shipping Fee Rule


  • For voluntary return (you change your mind / dislike the item): The customer shall bear all return shipping fees.
  • For our mistakes (wrong item, defective product, damaged during delivery): We cover all related shipping costs.

4. Refund Timeline


After we receive and check the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment account in 7 working days. The arrival time depends on your payment provider.

5. How to Start a Return


  1. Contact our customer support via email or site message, state your order number and return reason.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return address.
  3. Send back the package and share the tracking number with us.

6. Exception Statement


Sale items, clearance goods and customized jade accessories are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
